I'm sorry if your old, but why do old people all hate young people, is it because your not young any more or something because I can't see any other reason why!

The reason for this is, About an hour before this post, I made a paper plane, it was quite a good one, i took every precaution possible to stop it going into my neighbours garden, I bent one wing down, added a flap on one wing and bent the tail on one wing, and threw it in the opposite direction to her house.

Remarkably, it went into her garden.

About 50 minutes later, me and my brother in law, went outside, and threw yet but another amazing plane, to each other, at knee level to make it more fun. There was no danger of it going in her garden and yet, she opened her upstairs window, looked down at me and shouted:

She then stood staring at us for about 2 minutes and then slammed the window and carried on watching...

Letter 8 by Anonymous on January 19th, 2012, 9:56 am
I ended the last letter by saying that I wanted to move on in this letter to a piece of the puzzle that would bring my Matrix analogy out of the movies and into reality. However, that is going to have to wait. I’m getting ahead of myself.

I revealed an incidence in the last letter about when I questioned God regarding his making of the Earth. He told me that he purposely made it in such a manner that there would be viable evidence on both sides of the debate so as to allow for faith to be tested (one choice is no choice). What I want to do now is analyze the major theories of Science with respect to the origin of the Universe and Nature against this concept and my Matrix analogy. The theories I will analyze are, The Theory of Evolution, The Big Bang Theory, and the theories that come from Quantum Mechanics (I can’t find have been given proper names yet). I will address these theories one at a time.

To set the stage, let me review a bit. Adding what I learned from God into my Matrix ana...

wrongs by Anonymous on January 16th, 2011, 11:13 am
Lately attending Al Anon and regarding on sharing our personal inventory... "wrongs" nature of our wrongs...

Is this a figure of speech? I can't comprehend wrong anymore... It either works or it doesn't. I don't see it as wrong or "wrongs". It almost reminds me of the word (sin) and I don't comprehend this word either. After studying/reading on this word (sin) think Echart Tolle's book: The Buddha call it Dukkha and he said that he believed it was misinterpreted and greatly misunderstood over the years by religions (belief systems) people could identify with (right/WRONG) to enhance their false sense of self, ego.

Sin = Miss the mark or point of human existence - to live unskillfully, blindly and to suffer or cause suffering.

Dukkha = Self-inflicted suffering, unsatisfactoriness or just plain misery - human dysfunction.

Do you take the time to really 'live"? by weakmagneto on March 24th, 2012, 2:59 pm
The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprises him most about "humanity", answered "Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present nor the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then he dies never having really lived."

It took a close call for me to wake up and realize that my priorities and goals needed to change. I was a work-a-holic who focused on achieving my professional goals and to provide a comfortable life for my children and I. I was successful and ambitious.

One day, I got very ill. So ill that I had to be hospitalized. When I was in the hospital, I was told that I had a serious condition that could result in death. I was told to "get my affairs in order".

It was at that point when I looked back and began to reflect on my life. I...
