bubble glub blub... some people might tell you that if you turn your head quickly enough you can catch your shadow giving you the finger... but that would be insane... or else... that would be irreducibly irrational and therefor impossible to see... and for that matter the sun in the sky isn't a perfect circle... it too is an irreducible irrational constant...
i mean its as if all of the fluid dynamic of the surface tension of a bubble could serve as a measure of gravity... not that that helps a unified field theory in any way whatsoever... and wouldn't it be clever... if intergalactic space and time travel came down to a satelite meta perspective outside of reality the way that you can triangulate positions of objects in space with maths
i mean its all about geometry... the f of x and the consistency of ration... don't get me wrong... or i will deduct 37 points and send you to the office of my superior officer... i mean isn't that the point... not to run out of higherups... even if you...

Heaven in Indiana's Green and Pleasant Land by Anonymous on June 23rd, 2009, 10:43 pm
So it turns out that altruism, family, friendship, and church-going makes us happy, but fame, money, power, and all that don't. Wait, haven't we already heard somewhere that money and power and fame don't make us happy? The same guy that commanded us to love one another and all that? Let no one doubt that God just wants us to be happy. Both religious people and non-religious people would do well to keep that in mind.

In the end, it's all about survival! by weakmagneto on March 24th, 2012, 12:49 pm
Right now I am posting this blog from a tiny remote fly-in First Nation community, Latitude 53 N. The bandwidth here is limited, but I still have WIFI! YAAAY!

I had an interesting discussion the other day about survival. We considered the following situation, what if you were from a large urban city like Toronto, New York or LA and you had to survive in a small remote fly-in community with only people whose culture is unfamiliar to you. There is no running water or electricity. No store. You were given a small furnished house to stay in for a month. You had to supply everything else yourself. The nearest airport is 50 km away and you have to rely on rides that you arrange. What would you bring (remember freight is very expensive to travel up north and the amount you can take is limited)?

Then we considered another possible scenario, what if a person from a small northern fly-in First Nation community (who was familiar with smaller urban centres with populations of 10,000 and...

Class by Anonymous on March 12th, 2011, 1:50 am
I just signed up for a class the last week. My first was this past Wednesday, I'm not too happy with the teacher. I ask alot of questions and every time she would say "we'll go over that" and just kind of blew it off. In college I had amazing teachers. I guess I was spoiled and not all teachers are that way. Kind of disappointed and there was alot of hippies and like stereotypical frat guys. Didn't bother me so much, I sat in the front in the middle, the chairs were set up a strange way so they weren't in rows they were in a line. I was wearing skinny jeans, my hair was done and in big waves, a black tank top, my Dolce jacket because I had just gotten off work and dark pink lipstick. Nobody sat next to me and every seat was filled except the two on both sides of me and there were some people that even sat on the floor. Why do you think that is? Am I intimidating? I've been told that before and I don't like that. I wish people wouldn't care and just be friendly. I'm a pretty friendly...
