(satire=a literary composition, in verse or prose, in which human folly and vice are held up to scorn, derision, or ridicule.)

As the gun debate unfolds it becomes clear that large segments of the population are no longer willing to accept that a man, or a woman for that matter, has the right to defend themselves. This is just another example of how fussy thinking emasculators have come to dominate society. There was a time in not too distant past when everyone understood that the gene pool was best served by letting everyone crazy enough to carry a weapon do so. Unrestricted weapons served two purposes, one it quickly removed the ultra violent in gun duals and shoot outs from the population, secondly it improved the gene pool by removing anyone incapable of defending themselves. What the emasculators fail to understand is that fighting the natural order of things always results in disastrous consequences in the long term. Removing the evolutionary prerogative of violence from the population does nothing but weaken the species.

Take rape for example, clearly rapist are not high on the list that selective pressures favor. If every woman was required to adopt a more masculine mode of conduct they would legally be required to carry a lethal weapon to help eliminate the inept. Men would also of course be required to carry weapons. Those males capable of asserting their masculine superiority and lethally defending woman would then come to dominate the choice of available males. Only the inept and socially unsophisticated rapist would be eliminated serving not only the current populations desire to be free from the scourge of rape but ensuring the gene pool did not favor the weak.

Subliminally there are some interesting things we may observe at work here related to gun control and the penis. Emasculation and masturbation have some interesting things in common. With the feminization of society the increase in male masturbation must be dramatic. We all know that the female needs do not well serve the interest of the more, lets say imperative, needs of the male in regards to sexual release. Not only does physical masturbation increase with feminization but intellectual masturbation increases as well. Females being more skilled in the art of verbal exchange, intellectual masturbation takes on a role as a whole new art form. The effect on the gene pool is horrendous. Not only does physical masturbation remove the more self reliant males from the reproductive population but intellectual masturbation reduces the number of reproductive acts carried out by intellectually superior males.

Moving beyond gun control there are other issues dear to the heart of the emasculated population that must be addressed. The female inclination to coddle and protect the less capable has many ramifications. We no longer can rely on those unable to care for themselves and or act responsibly to simply disappear from the gene pool. The long term consequences are glaringly clear, a species unfit for the natural environment. While all intelligent people have a respect for sensitivity that sensitivity needs to be married to an understanding of the natural order of things in an intellectual environment devoid of sentimentality.

Getting back to masturbation it is clear that facebook and twitter are just one more example of how an emasculated population turns to intellectual masturbation to fulfill it's basic needs. It should be perfectly clear that these modern substitutes for "real" relationships caters to female not male needs. This reduction in physical contact between individuals will no doubt lead to a gene pool of chatters not doers.

In the end a kinder, gentler society will be the end of civilization.

I like your several interesting points. Like everything it can be an incredibly complex issue to explore.... That of evolution.
