I'd quite like the source of the story to appear in the topic title, at least for the common ones (physicsworld, CERN courier, etc...).

I enjoy the biotech news, particularly those that relate to drug development and delivery.

Since agreeing to attempt keeping the news forum a going concern I have had time to contemplate the proper approach. By definition news is not necessarily the most relevant or accurate information available on any particular subject but is rather a snapshot of what has happened recently. Scientists may have a different approach than the general population, defining news more in terms of what has recently been shown to have validity. This critical approach to information means news from a scientific point of view may be many month old before the standard of properly reviewed can be applied. Simply keeping up with the headlines from the normal news sources is difficult enough finding news that meets the standards of scientist may require a broadness of expertise which is simply unobtainable.
