A little mental exercise

Today was walking down the road and decided to imagine that I was not actually moving. I tried to just focus on the sensations of my body and imagine the world around just washing by.

The first step was to simply imagine myself on a treadmill (or stepping machine thingy if moving up or down). After this then I focused on letting the world flow by as I remained in "static motion". I certainly found it hard to account for my head bobbing up and down as I walked and lost focus at that juncture.

Give it a try and let me know what you experience.

You didn't walk into it, it glided into you!! If you were doing it correctly.
