It's a joke. The whole advert is part of a publicity campaign for a new upcoming C4 Scifi series in the Black Mirror genre called "Kiss Me First".

It follows a lonely 17-year-old girl called Leila who is addicted to a fictional online gaming site called Agora, according to its IMDB profile.

The series is due to screen on Netflix and terrestrial TV in the near future.

Oh right! haha!

I thought it was a strange idea. I've heard of, and seen, head sets that are built to record emotional states and react accordingly.

I guess we can expect this to happen eventually. Would be a strange thing to have games that caused pain sensations. I wonder if this would be allowed? People play contact sports without them being banned so would this be any different?
