HIIT improves physical performance and frailty in aged mice

Hi all,

Happy to finally put together another Scientific AmeriKen publication! This one is another PHD edition whereby I share a recent study where we looked if short session high intensity interval training was beneficial in aged mice. The program was a 10 minute 3-day-a-week program over 4 months -- the mice were 24 months of age, equivalent to ~65 year old humans. Is exercise still beneficial in during aging? Check it out here!
