My nightly chamomile "fix"

I knew it was doing some good! My nightly chamomile tea has potential Apigenin, found in spices and herbs - parsley, thyme, chamomile and red pepper - increases formation and strengthens the connections between brain cells. (Science Daily)

You may be smarter, but I'll have lower blood-pressure: my favourite is hibiscus and rose-hip.

Chamomile doesn't lower bp? Shucks! Ah well, it does relax me. Gets me ready for sleep.
