Help for Statistical Data analysis

Postby Biosapien on September 12th, 2016, 2:25 pm

Hi guys,

I was completed my pilot study on determining the concentration of particulate matter around 29 rural villages. The collection of particulate matter was done by Gravimetric method. My problem is i don't know what statistical test should be used to describe the PM2.5 concentration among these 29 villages. Also the sample size between these villages are different from each other. Hope someone can guide me to proceed my analysis further. Thank you

It depends on the hypothesis you're trying to test. Any particular question you're trying to answer?

Hi Biowiz, currently I am not planning to link the data with the health outcome, all I want to do is, to project the distribution of particulate matter among these 29 villages. Also thinking to present the data as premonsoon and post monsoon because the measurement was captured at both the season.
