Posted: February 19th, 2021, 11:06 amYep. Palm oil plantations, coffee, cattle ranchers, lumber companies (teak, mahogany, etc). Multinational capitalism at its most predatory and rapacious.
It's why I only drink shade tree coffee (which preserves canopy forest) and avoid palm oil-using products like margerine. Strictly olive oil and butter.
