By the way, BioVisions has made others: http://multimedia.mcb.harvard.edu/

Nice video, one thing I would like to clarify is about the membrane fluidity during the leukocyte extravasation process?

Outstanding stuff. Beautiful. I trained as a microbiologist. For me, one of the most fascinating organelles is something called the Golgi body. It's a bit like the cells' transport hub and post-office.
It encapsulates RNA I think that has been encoded by ribosomes, proteins, encapsulates it in a lipid capsule and sends it off to its destination.
I may have got some details wrong, but it's been a long long time since I was at Uni. but the principle is correct I think.
I never did work out how these tiny lipid capsules got to the right place.
The inner workings of a cell operate like a small city, it's like another world.
