FOR ORGANIC CHEMISTRY
For organic chemistry www.organic-chemistry.org is best.

FOR SYNTHESIS OF NATURAL PRODUCTS
For synthesis of natural products www.synarchive.com is the best.

Kindly let me know few more sites if some one has came across.
