A philosopher's career choice

Postby vivian maxine on November 9th, 2015, 3:24 pm

I was reading a long list of fields a philosopher could anticipate employment in. Most made good sense but two I wonder about. What would a philosopher do with one of these jobs?

Retail Management (Does he deal with people? That might be the answer)

Accountant (This one I really wonder about. What would a philosopher do as an accountant - besides do or interpret the math?)

Thank you.

Truly? That means he would have to have an advanced degree in both fields. The article did make mention of that necessity in some fields. Law, for example. thanks
