Don't bother to analyse it or turn it into a technical issue. That won't solve it and, if you were serious about freedom from fear, a moment's thought would tell you that.
It always amuses me that those with such problems always choose completely the wrong way to approach their problem. It implies they don't actually care, they merely appear to care - which, considering the trouble they're in, is utterly astounding.
Try this. The problem here is not only that it's tedious to listen to it, which I fully admit, but that it means one actually has to do something about it. And, of course, no one wants to do that.
